Brian has 25 years of mortgage banking experience. He started in whole loan trading buying and selling scratch and dent loans/pools. From there he transitioned into origination. Most of that time has been spent in Consumer Direct. He has worked Corporate Relocation, Affinity and both acquisition and retention. Brian has experience working at both large and small banks as well as independents of various sizes. He is currently VP of Consumer Direct for Renasant Bank.

Karen is a native of Jacksonville Florida who has been in the financial industry for 30 years with 27 of those years with Merrill Lynch/PHH Mortgage. She has 15 plus years in the mortgage industry with positions held as a Sales Originator, Auditor and Technical Support Analyst. She is currently employed with Vystar Credit Union as the Mortgage Sales Coordinator.
She has always had a passion for working in finance from her early years as a Trustee within her local church. She regularly volunteers at the Veterans Memorial Arena and in her downtime, she loves spending time with family and friends.
Karen is honored to hold the position of Treasurer with the MBA and she looks forward to serving her community.

About Mick
Mick Dolan is in his seventh year with Mason Title and Escrow Company. He thoroughly enjoys being the face of the organization in the greater Jacksonville area. It is his pleasure to represent this team at the multitude of Real Estate events, especially the Mortgage Bankers Association.
On a personal note, Mick is a Michigander. He grew up on the Great Lakes and loves to return to them as much as possible. With Michigan being a winter wonderland, Mick has a strong background in ice hockey, enjoys snowboarding and hiking after a fresh snowfall. After a decade plus in Florida, he has embraced the beach life – flip flops, cargo shorts and t-shirts. Mick’s biggest fan is his son Sebastian. The two are like peas in a pod – camping, swimming, playing baseball and enjoying all the wonders of the Sunshine State.

About Kevin
Kevin began his career in the mortgage industry as a part time servicer at a local credit union in Jacksonville in 2006. He has since performed many roles in the industry and is currently the Genworth Mortgage Insurance Account Executive for the North Florida region. He is pursuing his AMP and MBA and has just completed SOMB II. Kevin has been on the Jacksonville MBA board for three years and strongly believes in its mission.

Joe Freismuth is the Senior Vice President of Mortgage at Triad Financial Services. Prior to his role at Triad, Joe spent 12 years at CountryPlace Mortgage where he served as a Regional Manager covering the Southeast region. Joe also serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Manufacturing Housing Association. Joe is originally from Michigan where he attended Western Michigan University. Even though he attended Western Michigan he is still a diehard Michigan Wolverines fan. Joe is honored to be selected to the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association

Lisa is an established leader in the Northeast Florida mortgage market with over 27 years of mortgage origination, operations, secondary market, and servicing experience. She has an in-depth knowledge of the appraisal regulations from a lending perspective. Given her experience and expertise in mortgage lending, Lisa provides valuable insight and perspective to our staff in serving our client’s appraisal needs and providing world-class service. Most recently Lisa served as the Director of Mortgage Lending with 121 Financial Credit Union and previous to joining 121 Financial Credit Union, Lisa was the Mortgage Origination Manager for VyStar Credit Union for several years. Her experience in the strategic leadership positions she held was built on a solid foundation of learning the mortgage business from the ground up. She worked in various areas of mortgage operations such as processing, underwriting, closing, and secondary marketing. Lisa understands appraisal quality and turn times play a critical role in our client’s ability to provide outstanding service to their clients. Sherry possess an in-depth experience and knowledge into the mortgage industry through sales, warehouse lending, financial and credit analysis.
